1. Returns and Refunds

   1. Nobiltà Italiana accepts returns for items that are damaged upon receipt or incorrect items shipped to the customer.
   2. Customers must notify Nobiltà Italiana of any damaged or incorrect items within 14 days of receiving the order.
   3. To initiate a return, customers must contact Nobiltà Italiana's customer service team and provide details of the issue, including order number and item description.
   4. Returned items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all tags attached.
   5. Nobiltà Italiana reserves the right to refuse returns if the item is not returned in its original condition or if it is past the specified return period.
   6. Upon approval of the return request, Nobiltà Italiana will provide instructions on how to return the item.
   7. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is deemed defective or incorrect by Nobiltà Italiana.
   8. Once the returned item is received and inspected, Nobiltà Italiana will process the refund within a reasonable timeframe.
   9. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment used for the purchase.
